Vasodepressor Neurocardiogenic Syncope

In this case the systolic blood pressure (upper trace) drops precipitously from around 150 mm Hg to 50 mm Hg at 25 minutes but the heart rate (lower trace) does not fall. 

The patient developed typical symptoms at this time.
